Honestly, my Chesapeake Bay Retriever will no longer take any other chew treat. When I ran out of Checkups, I gave him a rawhide but he would not take it. He also refused a pig's ear. Now he knows Checkups is all he wants! I have to make a special trip to Costco to get them.

Our 8 month Australian cattledog mix is a chewing fanatic, so we have bought many varieties/types of chews. There are few that have healthy ingredients, and are eaten in a couple of minutes with no chew satisfaction. Jack actually took his "Checkup" to his crate, savored the aroma, then began chewing and drooling with a look of bliss. Each time he finished a mouthful he checked the remaining portion over then started gnawing again. I was pleased to see the way he made it last and didn't just "bite off a piece crunch and swallow."
Jack has his "Checkups" twice a day and sits immediately he hears the bag being opened. Thank you so much.
